Igandu Njue & Associates Advocates (“we”) is a law firm at View Park Towers, 7th Floor, Wing C, Suite 9, Nairobi, Kenya. We are responsible for personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the kind of matter you select, and your message. Our server also briefly records your IP address to protect the form against abuse.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It sets a security cookie that protects its forms, and a session cookie only while you send a job application.
Job applications
When you apply for a role, we receive your name, contact details, LinkedIn profile (if given), cover letter and CV. We use them only to assess your application and contact you about it. CVs are kept in private storage, available only to the firm's authorised staff, and are never published.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to respond to you and to assess how we can help. Enquiries reach us by email. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
Please share only a brief outline of your matter at this stage. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
